Booking a trip at Glen Eden Salmon Lodge, your fishing will be under the following system. We have devised this to give every guest an equal opportunity on the water. We also would like you to know just how you will be fishing and what to expect on your trip to the lodge. On full days, anglers will enjoy two fly fishing sessions, morning and evening and on half days a morning or evening session. Guided fly fishing with two fishermen per guide, while fishing from the canoe anglers alternate the fishing. When wading, both anglers fish. The Glen Eden Lodge has motor-powered 26-foot canoes that take you to one of our 9 private pools on the lodge’s private and exclusive stretch of 1 mile on the Restigouche River. Anglers rotate each session through the pools so that each angler gets a morning and evening session on the pools being fished.
Fishing Trip Options:

3-day fishing trips are from Monday late afternoon to Thursday at noon and 4-day fishing trips are from Thursday late afternoon until Monday at noon.

All bookings from May 26th. to the end of September. are at a cost of USD $750 / CAD $995. per person per day.
These costs are based on 2 people per canoe and 1 person per room.
If you would like your own canoe there will be a USD $200/ CAD $280 day extra.
Tax and gratuities extra.
Gratuities are to be given to lodge manager Vaughn Firth on the last day.

Prior seasons’ guests with full week bookings are given rebooking seniority for their week. You maintain seniority for your week by requesting to rebook the week for the following year. The request must be made at the time of departure or within two weeks from the end of your trip. The Glen Eden Lodge will do all it can to notify prior guests of their week by email and phone contact if possible. Bookings are held for one week to receipt of deposit at which time the Glen Eden Lodge can offer the week or partial week trip to other clients.
Deposits and Reservations

50% deposit is required to book your trip at the time of booking, the balance due on your full payment date. Trips booked within 60 days of arrival time require full payment at the time of booking. A reservation may be cancelled automatically and your deposit forfeited if we have not received full payment by your full payment due date. Monies on deposit will not be carried forward to future seasons. If you are unable to come at the last minute due to injury, travel complications, inability to enter the country etc., there will be no refunds or credits given unless your trip is rebooked as stated below in cancellations. The reservation and cancellation policies used by the Glen Eden Lodge are standard in this industry.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only refunded by the Glen Eden Lodge upon your trip being rebooked if you cancel your trip for any reason you must notify the Glen Eden Lodge by email or in writing.
At the time you cancel your reservation, we will make every attempt to rebook your trip at the full price, or if need be, for a discounted price. If Glen Eden rebooks your trip, you will receive a refund in the amount of the rebooked trip price less a 15% administrative fee.
You must also notify us if you have found someone to take your trip. However, you will be responsible for ensuring their payment, which, upon receipt, will initiate a refund of the full price of the trip with no administrative charge.
